Welcome to our FAQ section! Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our custom cakes, pricing, delivery, and ordering process.
We proudly serve Tampa, Florida, and surrounding cities, crafting creative, one-of-a-kind cakes that taste as good as they look.
How much are your custom cakes?
All of our custom cakes are priced based on the number of guests you’re serving and the complexity of the design. Every cake is uniquely crafted — we don’t use a standard price list.
For an exact quote, please contact us with your theme, flavor, and guest count.
How much advance notice do you require?
We generally require at least two weeks’ notice for custom cake orders.
Since each design is made to order, we don’t offer same-day or next-day cakes.
Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-confirmed basis, so we recommend booking early!
Does your bakery deliver?
Yes! We offer local cake delivery in Tampa, Florida, and nearby cities.
Delivery fees vary by distance, and all deliveries are scheduled in advance to ensure freshness and safe handling.
What are your bakery's business hours?
🕘 Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🕓 Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🚫 Sunday: Closed
Does your bakery offer vegan options?
Yes, we do! We offer vegan and dairy-free options for many of our cakes and baked goods.
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary preferences when placing your order.
How do I place an order?
Simply fill out our Contact Form with your details, theme, and desired pickup or delivery date.
A team member will respond within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and discuss design details.
Expecting a delivery after normal business hours?
If you are expecting a cake delivery outside of our normal business hours, please feel free to contact us using the number provided in your order confirmation email. While our cakery may be closed, our delivery team remains available to assist you with any questions you may have about your expected delivery.
Please note:
Our delivery team can only answer questions related to the status of your delivery. They can not quote prices, schedule appointments or accept payments for an order.
Can you copy a cake from another company?
No! We will never intentionally copy another companies creations. We respect the design time and work that goes into creating the cakes seen in magazines and on the websites of other chefs and bakers. Therefore we limit our design work to that of our staff. We would happily use your pictures as inspiration for the basic design, but we will not directly copy other artists work. If you have a drawing of a cake that you have created we will gladly copy it for you.
What is your payment policy?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your date and time with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your event date. If you are ordering with in 2 weeks from your event date, then we would require the payment in full at the time of ordering.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AT TIME OF DELIVERY!
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Venmo.
SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS, BUSINESS CHECKS OR EBT!
WE DO NOT OFFER PAYMENT INSTALLMENYS OR PAYMENT UPON DELIVERY!
Do you ship your cakes?
We currently do not ship full cakes, as they are delicate and best enjoyed fresh.
However, we can ship cake jars, cake pops, and decorated cookies nationwide!
Do you offer naughty / Erotic cakes?
No! Although we do make outrageous cakes, we do not make them risqué. We love to have fun with our designs and creativity, but we keep it classy and family-friendly. Thanks for understanding!
Can I order undecorated cake or cupcakes?
Sorry, we don’t offer undecorated cakes or cupcakes.
Every cake that leaves our bakery is finished to our quality standards to ensure it represents our craftsmanship.
What if I need to cancel or make changes to my order?
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your order, 50% of the total balance is refundable provided we are notified at least 10 business days prior your event date. There is no refund on orders cancelled with in the 10 day period. You have 48 hours (2 days) to cancel your order after it has been placed in order to receive a refund of your 50% deposit.
50% DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE 48 HOUR PERIOD!
CHANGES: If you need to make a change to your order, such as add or remove something, you must do so at least 5 business days prior to your event date. No changes can be made to your order within the 5 day period.
Do you have a minimum for your custom cakes?
Yes. Our custom cakes start at a $100 minimum.
This does not apply to smaller items like cupcakes, cookies, or cake pops.
Do you supply plates, napkins and utensils with each order?
These items are not included in the cost of your cake, but we can provide them upon request for a small additional charge.
Does every cake come in a box?
Smaller cakes typically come in a box.
Larger or sculpted cakes may not fit into a standard box, but we take every precaution to ensure safe transport and setup.
Do you make last-minute cakes?
We make every cake to order, so we don’t offer same-day or next-day cakes.
However, you can check with us for limited availability — if we can fit you in, we’ll always try!
Do you make gender reveal or baby shower cakes?
Yes! We love creating gender reveal and baby shower cakes — from classic pink and blue to unique themes.
Can I order a cake online or by phone?
Yes, you can submit your cake order through our online Contact Form or by phone.
Do you offer wedding cakes?
Absolutely! We design custom wedding cakes in any size or theme — from elegant and classic to bold and modern.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Tampa, Florida, and proudly serve nearby cities including Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Pasco County.
Can you recreate a cake from a photo?
Yes! If you have a photo or inspiration, we can design something similar or add our own creative twist.
Do you offer dessert tables or bulk orders?
Yes, we can create complete dessert tables for weddings, birthdays, or corporate events — including cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, and more.
Do you make cakes for businesses or brand events?
Yes! We make branded cakes for companies, grand openings, and events.
What is your Return Policy?
Because all cakes are custom-made and perishable, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours.
